Matthew is an actor based out of LA. He
grew up in a small town outside Milwaukee, WI, with his parents, Deane
and Susan, and his two younger brothers, David and Ben. After attending
college at Marquette University, Matthew packed up a car with his
father and drove out to LA. He has been living in the Los Angeles area
for four years, three of which have been in Glendale with his
girlfriend, Misha, also an actress. His TV and film work includes:
“Room Service” with Howie Mandel, “Elevator” with Elizabeth Berkeley,
the History Channel, and A&E, among others. He also works
extensively in modern and classical theatre throughout the LA and
Milwaukee areas. This past summer, Matthew created, produced, and
starred in a web series called the Diary, which can be seen on
Break.com. When not on set or in rehearsals, Matthew enjoys rock
climbing, photography, brushing up on his Spanish, and struggling to oh
so slowly learn the guitar.

Broadway (Les Miserables), National Tours
(Show Boat, Les Miserables), Regional Theatres: Goodman, Alliance,
McCarter, Victory Gardens, Musical Theatre of San Jose, and ELA Classic
Theatre in such shows as Cyrano de Bergerac, Never the Sinner, 1776,
Old Wicked Songs, Beast on the Moon, The Substance of Fire, and The
Three Musketeers. Film credits include “Flightplan” (with Jodie
Foster), “Berkeley” (with Henry Winkler), “Between Blood and Sand,” and
“Menace.” Television: The Unit, Numbers, Lincoln Heights, Vanished, The
OC, Charmed, Star Trek: Voyager, and Enterprise. Robert has been
nominated for 2 Joseph Jefferson Awards (Best Actor, Best Direction),
as well as an LA Ovation nomination for Best Direction.
